Members

When a user creates an account on Unipile, they are referred to as a User. Users can participate in one or multiple Organizations as Members.

Organizations

Users can:

• Create multiple organizations.
• Be invited to join organizations created by other users.

Each organization consists of Members, each assigned a specific Role:

• Member
  • Can interact with Development Applications (Accounts, Webhooks, API keys, Configuration).
  • Can link Accounts, add Webhook endpoints and create API Keys in production applications.
• Admin, everything of Member plus:
  • Can delete and update Accounts, Webhooks, API Keys & Configuration in Production applications
  • Can create, modify, and delete applications.
  • Can manage memberships of non-owner members.
  • Can invite new members.
• Owner, everything of Admin plus:
  • Manage organization settings and billing.
  • Can manage memberships of all member roles.
  • Note : An organization must have at least one owner.
