Unsupported features
The following features are not supported by Unipile.
- Outlook categories
- Unipile does not indicate which category is added on emails of Outlook accounts
- Management of categories is not supported
- Add and remove categories from an email is not supported
- Permanently delete specific emails
- You can trash emails with Unipile but deleting them permanently is not supported unless it's present in a folder deleted with Delete a Folder.
